Remedy
Check motor cabling. Avoid manual movement. Check number of pole pairs and motor type. Carry out the pole position identification Do not open the brake until you have checked the wiring.
Cause
Phases in the motor cable reversed. The axis was moved manually. Motor parameters are set incorrectly. For synchronous motors: The pole position is set incorrectly. For motors with holding brake: The brake was opened prematurely by an external source.
